Bishop's shag swag

was digging in my closet for something when i ran across an old uncannyX-MEN comic #311 to be exact.this issue featured my dude Bishop trying to recapture sabretooth who gets loose and runs a muck through out the mansion. i always got a kick out of bishops 1980's hair do,i mean that jheri curl shag gets me rolling everytime,for those of you who wasn't born yet,back in the early 80's if you didn't have a fly jheri curl like Prince or Micheal Jackson,you wasn't getting any play with the ladies, and if you were fortunate to have a shag to go with it,oh! you thought you were the ish!lol
so i imagine bishop hanging out at the mansion hitting on all the X-chicks cause that's just what playas do.lol

a soldier story

this has got to be one of my favored movies of all time.
A Soldier Story came out in the early 80's based on an award winning
play about the
investigation of a murdered black sergeant in the deep south during world war2
there were alot of good actors cast in this movie,Denzel Washington,
Howard E. Rollins Jr.,but the show clearly belonged to Adolph Caesar
and his role as Sergeant Waters.yeah he was mean and cruel but
the story that Sgt.Waters was tell'in about the damage that one
ignorant negro can cause,made me totally feel were he was trying to
come from and that scene stayed with me to this very day.

ah,the infamous doll test.

in the 1940's an experiment using dolls were given to
"african-american" children to study there
attitudes about race. They found that black children often preferred to play with white dolls over black and that the children gave the color "white" attributes such as good and pretty, but "black" was qualified as bad and ugly.they recently did a similar test about a year ago and guess what?....the result were the same! i blame B.E.T.

i always like this cartoon,probably more so now then when i was a little kid.

back in the day i heard that some people took offense to how the characters were drawn,but Bill Cosby probably had some input on the designs,beside if this is how he saw his child hood friends,who i'm i to say otherwise.my only complaint was they all seem to be dressed for winter time and the only winter episode was the Christmas special.lol

ha!ha!why are these horny looking dwarfs so eagerly waiting for snow white to finish her snack?it's the story of snow white that disney does want you to know about.lol
this was done for an art contests,but in my head scenes were playing out
right before me and i was even tempted to draw some pages too,but i think
that my( adult) version has already be done before.lol

this is based off a short story idea that i was going to submit to MAD mag,i might just make an animated short,we'll see.

brown hornet

fat albert was a cool show no doubt about that,but why i really watched the show was for the brown hornet episodes. lol

i loved every thing about this cartoon,from the funny character designs,to the simple whacky stories,i just could'nt get enough.
